This restriction does not apply to the Citizens of the listed countries, who reside in the EU/EEA country. EU/EEA residency should be confirmed by the relevant document (e.g. residence permit, long-term visa). We remind you that during registration you will be asked to verify your identity, it is therefore necessary that the information provided is truthful.
