1. FAQ SWAGGY

  • 1.1 Registration

    To create a new account, please follow these steps:

    1. Click on this link: https://id.swagyourlife.com/it/registration
    2. Enter your first name, last name, tax code, your country of residence, enter twice your email address and the chosen password, enter your phone number, and click on “Send the verification code” to associate your phone number with your account. If you have a sponsor code, click YES and enter it; otherwise, click NO.
    3. Next, you need to accept the Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy. If you want to receive Swaggy communications, including daily reports related to the mining of your machines, also click on “I would like to receive Swaggy promotions, new products, and offers”. Finally, click on “Register here”.
    4. You will now receive an email with the useful link to activate your account at the previously entered email address.
    5. By clicking on the link in the email, you will be redirected to a confirmation screen. At this point, you can access the Swaggy app with your email address and password.
    6. Afterwards, we invite you to complete the KYC procedure to verify your profile and the risk questionnaire by directly accessing the link https://id.swagyourlife.com/it/sign-in and following the instructions on the screen.

    In case you would like to sign up as a promoter, after following the above steps:

    1. When your KYC process is approved, you will find the “Go to the VO” button in your Swaggy account, which will redirect you to the Virtual Office login page;
    2. Login to the Virtual Office using the same credentials you use to access Swaggy and clicking on “I’m not a robot”.
    3. Within your Virtual Office, click on the “Become Swag Promoter” button that you will find at the top of the home screen;
    4. Accept the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions etc. and click on “Complete Registration”;
    5. You will be redirected to the Shop login page and, at this point, by logging in with your email address, password and 2FA code, you will be able to choose a Starter Kit and conclude your registration with the payment of your order.

    In case you would like to sign up as a promoter, after following the above steps:

    1. Within your Virtual Office, click on the “Become Swag Promoter” button that you will find at the top of the home screen;
    2. Choose the Kit and complete the registration with the payment of the order (enter your personal data if requested);
    3. You will be redirected to the login page of your Virtual Office and, at this point, always logging in with your email address and password, you can view both the orders previously made as a customer, and the orders that you will make as a promoter.
  • 1.2 Login

    To access your Swaggy account, from the https://my.swaggyapp.com/login page, you need to enter the email address you registered with and the password you chose during the registration, as your credentials. Then click on “Continue”, enter your 2FA code and click on “Login”.

    If you receive an error message about incorrect credentials, please try again first, paying attention to any spaces and capital letters and ignoring the automatic entry. If the problem persists, you can reset the password by clicking on “Forgot Password?”.

    In case you don’t find the email containing the instructions to reset your password in your main inbox, we suggest you to check all the subfolders of your inbox (Offers, Social etc.) and the Spam folder.

  • 1.3 How to enable the 2FA code

    You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your own by accessing your personal area here: https://my.swaggyapp.com/

    Once logged in, you’ll need to click on the “ENABLE 2FA” banner on the homepage or on the icon of your profile in the top right corner, under the “Security” section.

  • 1.4 How to disable the 2FA code

    In case of loss or breakage of your smartphone or in case you have accidentally uninstalled the Authenticator app from your device, in order to disable 2FA on your account you will need to contact our support team at [email protected] by sending a photo of your face with a clearly visible ID in your hand to verify your identity.

  • 1.5 How can I buy sell or send crypto?

    If you would like to buy or sell cryptocurrencies using Swaggy or if you want to send cryptocurrencies to another wallet, you should first ensure that the 2FA is enabled as you will need to enter the 2FA code generated by the Authenticator app installed on your device and the confirmation code you will receive via email during the procedure.

    You should also ensure that you have funds available in EUR on your account to allow you to buy cryptocurrencies by clicking on the “CRYPTO” icon > BUY.

    If you already have funds in one or more cryptocurrencies and want to send them to another wallet, you will need to click on the “CRYPTO” icon > SEND.

    If you want to sell your cryptocurrencies to get EUR in exchange, you can always select the “CRYPTO” icon and then choose “SELL”.

    To find out your personal wallet address for each available cryptocurrency, you will need to click on the “CRYPTO” icon > RECEIVE. By doing this, you will be able to select any cryptocurrency available on Swaggy and view your personal wallet address, including through a QRcode.

  • 1.6 Which cryptocurrencies are supported by the Swaggy wallet?

    The cryptocurrencies supported by the Swaggy wallet are:

    • BTC (Bitcoin)
    • ETH (Ethereum)
    • LTC (Litecoin)
    • BCH (Bitcoin Cash)
    • DASH (Dash)

  • 1.7 How can I check the fees and limits?

    You can review all of your Swaggy wallet’s exchange fees and limits by clicking on your profile icon in the upper right hand corner, in the “Fee and Limits” section.

  • 1.8 What is the “Convert” feature?

    Through the CONVERT feature in your Swaggy account, you can make direct conversions between cryptocurrencies.

  • 1.9 What is the “Limit” function?

    Thanks to the Limit function, you can place a conversion order between cryptocurrencies that will only occur when the asset prices reach the price level you set.

2. KYC SWAGGY

  • 2.1 How to complete the KYC procedure

    You can complete the KYC verification procedure for your account by accessing the link directly at https://id.swagyourlife.com/it/sign-in and following the on-screen instructions by clicking on the banner inviting you to complete your account with the KYC procedure.

    During the procedure, you need to follow the instructions by manually filling in the required data and uploading the necessary documents to complete the procedure correctly.

  • 2.2 Which documents do I need to upload?

    To complete the KYC procedure successfully, you need to upload an identity document and a document as a proof of address.

    As an identity document, we accept the following:

    • Passport
    • Identity card

    You need to upload a file for the front and a file for the back. The system only accepts jpg or pdf files and does not accept documents expiring within the next 30 days. We recommend removing documents from plastic sleeves to avoid possible light reflections that may worsen the photo quality.

    The driver’s license is not accepted as a valid document to confirm your identity.

    Accepted documents as proof of residence include:

    • Bank statement showing the bank’s logo, issuance date, your full name as the account holder, and the document must have been issued within the last three months.
    • Utility bills for gas, electricity, water, internet, or landline telephone connected to the property, and the document must have been issued within the last three months.
    • Updated registered rent contract with signatures of the landlord and tenant.
    • Certificate of residence issued within the last three months.
    • The document must clearly display your full name, residential address, issuance date, and issuing authority.

    The document must be uploaded in PDF format, on the letterhead of the issuer, and must include the authentication stamp of the issuing authority. Screenshots or photocopies are not accepted, self-certifications are not accepted, and proofs of residence from online banks are not accepted.

  • 2.3 Which address should I enter?

    If your home address is different from the address on your ID, you must state your real address in the personal information section, which must match the address on your proof of address.

  • 2.4 How quickly will I receive the result of the audit?

    Once the procedure has been completed, the external supplier responsible for verifying your profile has an average verification time of 50 seconds, but in some cases reserves a few minutes before communicating the outcome.

  • 2.5 What to do if the procedure is not approved

    If you are asked to repeat the KYC procedure, you will be notified of the parts that need to be changed and you will need to update only the flagged sections.

  • 2.6 Can anyone become a Swag customer?

    The exchange services available on Swaggy and the use of the platform itself are available for any user residing in Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, and Poland.

    Furthermore, there are “territorial limitations.” For this reason, the KYC procedure of individuals residing in the countries listed at the following link will be automatically rejected.

  • 2.7 Who needs to complete the risk questionnaire?

    The questionnaire is to be completed by all promoters and customers who have a Swaggy account.

3. APP

  • 3.1 What is it?

    The Swaggy App will allow you to have your favourite Exchange platform always available on your mobile device. You will be able to perform all crypto transactions from your smartphone and use additional services that are not eventually present in the web version of Swaggy.

  • 3.2 Where can I find it and where do I download it?

    You can download the Swaggy App at the following links:

  • 3.3 Does it cost anything?

    No, you can download the Swaggy App free of charge.

  • 3.4 How do I login?

    You can login to the Swaggy App the same way and with the same credentials you use to access the web version, i.e. by using the email address you registered with Swaggy as your username and entering your password and the 2FA code you will find in the Google Authenticator App.

4. BANK ACCOUNT

  • 4.1 How to connect my personal bank account

    To link your personal bank account to your Swaggy account, you need to make a bank transfer to Swaggy (the minimum fees amount is 5 euros per top up, so we recommend sending a higher amount).

    You’ll need to access your personal area on your Swaggy account, click on FIAT > TOP UP. At that point, you’ll see the Swaggy’s bank details, to which you’ll need to send the transfer from your external personal account that you want to load.

    The external bank account will be automatically linked within a few hours after the money you sent is credited.

  • 4.2 Where do I find the details to make the transfer?

    You can find all the transfer details within your Swaggy app by clicking on the FIAT section and “TOP UP”

  • 4.3 Co-owned bank account

    If you and another user have a joint bank account, you can only link this account to one Swaggy account.

    The account holder who makes the first transaction on his or her Swaggy wallet will be recognized as the only valid account holder.

  • 4.4 How quickly will I be able to see the credit on my account?

    Transfers usually take 2-3 business days to reach our systems and be credited to your Swaggy account, depending on your bank’s processing time. 

    If you sent a transfer to your Swaggy account without the reason of the payment, the transfer will take an additional 24 hours to be verified and manually credited to your Swaggy account.

  • 4.5 How can I withdraw my funds?

    To withdraw funds from your Swaggy account, from the Fiat section, you need to click on the Withdraw button. You will then need to select the current account linked to Swaggy to which you wish to send the funds and enter the amount to be transferred, before confirming the transaction.

5. SENTYMENT

  • 5.1 What’s the Sentyment?

    Do you want to get anticipations on market trends and indications on when to buy or sell your Bitcoins? With artificial intelligence and Swaggy Sentyment now you can!

    Swaggy Sentyment is an artificial intelligence based tool that can analyze the market and give indications on the market trend and, therefore, on when it is more profitable to buy and/or sell your Bitcoins through a red, yellow and green “traffic light”.

    The red traffic light indicates that the market is in a probable decreasing phase; the yellow traffic light indicates that the market is in an uncertain phase; the green traffic light indicates that the market is in a growing phase.

  • 5.2 How can I turn Sentyment on?

    To activate Sentyment, sign in to your Swaggy app. On the right hand side, you’ll find a banner inviting you to activate the free 30-day trial.

    Once the trial is over, you’ll be asked if you’d like to activate the paid version.

  • 5.3 How much will the service cost after the free trial?

    At the end of the free trial, you have the option to activate Manual Sentyment, available in monthly plans (priced at €20.00 per month), quarterly, semi-annual, or annual plans (priced at €149.00 per year).

    With this option, you can independently decide whether to follow Sentyment’s indications and manually proceed with buying and selling operations. Manual Sentyment is available in monthly plans (priced at €20.00 per month), quarterly, semi-annual, or annual plans (priced at €149.00 per year).

6. WALLET INSURANCE

  • 6.1 What’s Coincover?

    Swaggy allows you to protect your wallet with technology from Coincover, the brand that ensures the highest security standards for cryptocurrency deposits.

  • 6.2 What plans can I choose from?

    You can choose from two different plans:

    • BASIC at a cost of 25€ per year. Deposit protection up to $100,000 on the reliability of the exchange.
    • PRO at 50€ per year. Deposit protection up to $250,000 on the reliability of the exchange. Up to $10,000 in case of wallet theft.
  • 6.3 How to activate Coincover

    You can easily activate Coincover directly from your personal area on Swaggy by clicking on the CRYPTO section > Guarantee. From there, you can select the plan that suits your needs and proceed with the purchase.

7. FUTURE VALUE

  • 7.1 What is Future Value?

    Future Value is a service offered by SWAG that allows you to analyse and evaluate the best crypto assets available on the market.

    The main goal of Future Value is to provide the user with the necessary tools to assess the worthiness of an investment as a whole. For Future Value, it is crucial to push the users to learn and use their own head by making assessments based on objective data and not follow the FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) or the advice of improvised experts

  • 7.2 How to buy it?

    The subscription can be purchased by logging into Swaggy and clicking on the Future Value section in the menu. Within the Future Value section, the user can choose the plan that best suits his or her needs. The subscription can only be paid in BTC and the monthly instalments will be taken automatically.

  • 7.3 Which plans can I choose from?

    The user can choose between two plans, depending on his or her needs:

    • Base Plan, free of charge, which has a limited number of crypto asset analyses available.
    • Pro Plan, available for EUR 8.99 per month, which includes the analysis of all crypto assets in the system and an in-depth thematic section.
  • 7.4 How is the quality and robustness of a crypto asset analysed?

    Analyses are carried out with an objective, quantitative and scientific approach, without any conflict of interest, and artificial algorithms that collect and process information from multiple data sources are used.

  • 7.5 What is calculated?

    For each crypto asset, a value (the FV Score) that provides a synthetic evaluation taking into account more than 30 parameters is calculated.

    Of these, the 3 main macro-parameters are the following:

    • Project, which assesses the overall quality of the project in terms of importance of the use case, innovation, code quality, technology, market positioning and degree of decentralisation.
    • Hype, which evaluates community outreach, social media buzz, number of developers, investors, team and so on.
    • Token Economics, which evaluates the market cap, the amount of circulating currency, price stability, distance from the historical maximum value, the possibility of staking or mining and DeFi (decentralised finance) opportunities.

    The FV Score varies over time, as artificial intelligence algorithms learn (so-called machine learning) and the ranking of crypto assets changes accordingly.

  • 7.6 Which risk profiles can I choose from?

    The ranking of crypto assets also varies according to the risk profile chosen by the user (medium, high or very high).

    As the risk profile increases, the FV Score model will give more preference to parameters related to the potential growth of crypto assets. Crypto assets with higher growth potential are in fact characterised by higher risk.

  • 7.7 How many crypto assets are analysed?

    Future Value analyses more than 150 crypto assets. Every week 2 new crypto assets are added and the valuations of all crypto assets are constantly updated.

  • 7.8 What other features does Future Value contain?

    Future Value does not allow you to buy cryptos directly, but it does list the Exchanges on which you can buy them.

    It also provides the user with a Wallet where crypto assets can be entered and their performance monitored. For each crypto asset entered, the main events that affect it and that will take place in the near future are also reported.

    It is also possible to monitor a crypto asset before buying it and there is a feature that allows you to compare different cryptos.

  • 7.9 Am I entitled to commissions for registering my clients to Future Value?

    Yes, Future Value subscriptions guarantee direct and indirect commissions on the value of the product, as per the Compensation Plan.

8. KYB SWAGGY

  • 8.1 Who can open a Swaggy Business account?

    The types of businesses eligible to open a Swaggy Business account include: the companies, sole traders engaged in commercial activities, recognized associations, foundations, and non-profit organizations. 

    However, the Swaggy Business account is not available for the sole traders or individuals with a VAT number not engaged in commercial activities but only professional activities (such as consultants, doctors, professionals, etc.).

  • 8.2 How can I open a Swaggy Business account?

    You can open a Swaggy Business account through the link below:

    You should fill out all the required fields in the registration form and then confirm your phone number by entering the verification code sent to the number entered during the registration.

    Then, you will receive a confirmation email with an activation link at the provided business email address.

    After clicking the activation link, you will have access to your personal area where you can complete the KYB procedure in order to start using all our services.Please note: while registering your Swaggy Business account, you should use a business email address different from the personal email address of the legal representative registering the business.

  • 8.3 How do I correctly complete the KYB procedure?

    To complete the KYB procedure, you will first need to access the personal area of your Swaggy Business account from here:

    In the personal area of your Swaggy Business account, you need to click on “COMPLETE YOUR KYB” and proceed as follows:

    • Enter the personal details of your business.
    • Upload all the required documents during the procedure, depending on the type of business you are registering.
    • Enter the details of all the shareholders – if you are the only shareholder you should complete the KYC only once flagging all the three options you see during the procedure
    • Each shareholder must complete the KYC procedure and fill out the questionnaire.
    • Enter the details of the Legal Representative, who must also complete the KYC procedure and fill out the questionnaire.

    Once the procedure is completed, you need to await the outcome.

    The outcome of your KYB depends on the completeness of the information and documents provided. If necessary, the relevant department may request additional supplementary documents to successfully complete the verification process.

    Once the KYB is successfully completed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

  • 8.4 Which documents should I upload if my Business is in Italy?

    The documents to be uploaded vary depending on the type of business activity conducted by the individual requesting the opening of a Swaggy Business account

    Companies – Requested documents:

    • Updated Chamber of Commerce registration, issued within the last 3 months
    • A valid document as proof of residence/business address for the company, issued within the last 3 months. This can be a bank statement, utility bill (gas/electricity/water/internet), and the document must be in the company’s name and display the address provided during the Swaggy Business account opening.
    • Articles of Association of the company.
    • Statute/Bylaws of the company.
    • Any additional document indicating changes to the company’s structure.

    Sole Traders – Requested documents:

    • Updated Chamber of Commerce registration, issued within the last 3 months
    • A valid document as proof of residence/business address for the company,  issued within the last 3 months. This can be a bank statement, utility bill (gas/electricity/water/internet), and the document must be in the company’s name and display the address provided during the Swaggy Business account opening.
    • If it is an online commercial activity and/or you don’t have the aforementioned documents, you can also upload the Chamber of Commerce registration as proof of address.

    Associations, Foundations, and other Non-profit Entities that do not have the Chamber of Commerce registration – Requested documents:

    • Deed of Incorporation
    • Bylaws/Statute
    • Minutes of the appointment assembly for the current President

    A valid document as proof of residence/business address for the company, issued within the last 3 months. This can be a bank statement, utility bill (gas/electricity/water/internet), and the document must be in the company’s name, displaying the address provided during the opening of the Swaggy Business account.

  • 8.5 Which documents should I upload if my Business is in Spain?

    All the following documents are mandatory to be collected during the KYB if your Business is registered in Spain:

    • Certificate of incorporation/Articles of incorporation (document certifying Company registration)
    • Proof of identity and proof of address of each Ultimate Beneficial Owner, Shareholder, Legal Representative, Director, UBO
    • Proof of authority of the legal representative to represent the company/shareholder’s list
    • Extract form of the UBO Register
    • NIF (can be known as CIF as well)
    • Form 036
    • Source of Funds/Source of Wealth:

    The documents listed above are mandatory if your business type is one of the following:

    • Sociedad Anonima (SA) – Public Limited Company
    • Sociedad Limitada (SL) – Limited Company
    • Sociedad Limitada Nueva Empresa (SLNE) – New Limited Company
    • Sociedad Colectiva (SC) – General Partnership
    • Cooperativa (COOP) – Cooperative
    • Sociedad Civil Privada (SCP) – Private Partnership
    • Comunidad de Bienes (CB) –  Community of Property/Co-ownership
    • Sociedad Limitada Unipersonal (SLU) – Sole Proprietorship

    If you are registering a Non-profit organization/charity – Organización sin fines de lucro/Caridad (OSFL), you should then upload all the following documents as they are mandatory to be collected during the KYB:

    • Statutes or Certificate of incorporation (document certifying the registration of the company)
    • Director’s register which includes the list with the names of the board of directors
    • Proof of identity and address of each Legal Representative or Director
    • Form 036
    • Source of Funds/Source of Wealth
  • 8.6 Should I also fill out the questionnaire during the KYB procedure?

    Yes, it is necessary to fill out the questionnaire to complete the KYB for the Swaggy Business account. 

    The legal representative must fill out the questionnaire to finalize the entire KYB procedure after entering the company details and after all the shareholders have completed the KYC.

  • 8.7 How long should I wait for the outcome of my KYB?

    The outcome of your KYB depends on the completeness of the information and documents provided. If necessary, the relevant department may request additional supplementary documents to successfully complete the verification process.

  • 8.8 Which documents are accepted as a proof of address?

    The accepted documents are:

    • A Utility bill in the Company name with the Company address and the issue date visible; the document must be issued within the last 3 months
    • A bank statement in the Company name with the Company address and the issue date visible; the document must be issued within the last 3 months
    • If it is an online commercial activity and/or you don’t have the aforementioned documents, you can also upload the Chamber of Commerce registration as proof of address.
  • 8.9 What should I do if my KYB has not been approved?

    In case you are asked to repeat the KYB procedure, you will be notified and you will be able to view the sections where a modification is required, and you will only need to update the indicated parts.

  • 8.10 What happens if the Legal Representative changes?

    If the company undergoes a change in the legal representative, as per the Terms and Conditions, the legal representative is required to inform Swag through the customer support via email, attaching the Chamber of Commerce registration confirming their authority as the legal representative.

  • 8.11 Can I buy the Swag products using my Swaggy Business account?

    Yes, you can purchase the Swag products using your Swaggy Business account.

    You can access your personal area in the Shop, opening the Swag Store, and viewing all the products available for purchase with your Swaggy Business account.
